Australia Westpac Leading Index (MoM) climbed from previous 0.1% to 0.3% in February

Westpac has downgraded its forecast for Fonterra's 2014/15 payout to NZD4.90/kg vs NZD5/kg last, with the 2015/16 forecast also lowered to NZD6.10 from NZD6.40.
