UK Supreme Court to heart PM May’s challenge to overturn high court ruling
The UK Supreme Court will have a final say on whether MPs will get a chance to vote on the triggering of Article 50.
Reports are doing the rounds that the case is due to last four days. For the first time all 11 justices will sit on the panel and a verdict will be released later in January.
As per Reuters report, the live broadcast of the hearings - unusual in Britain's legal system - may see more political theatre.
