Carney’s speech: rates will not move higher at previous high pace

Additional headlines coming out of the BOE Governor Mark Carney's press conference:

   •  Any BOE rate increases will be gradual
   •  BoE language is similar but not the same as in September
   •  We are not going to tie our hands to a specific path for rates 
   •  These interest rate cycles will be unlike those in the past
