France proposes EU recovery fund worth at least 1-2% of EU GNI – Reuters

According to a document seen by Reuters, France proposes the European Union (EU) recovery fund worth at least 1-2% of the EU GNI per year over next three yearrs to provide the EU budget with extra 150-300 bln euros a year in 2021-23.
