Natural Gas Futures: Extra gains on the cards

CME Group’s advanced readings for Natural Gas futures markets noted open interest went up by just 703 contracts on Tuesday, partially reversing the previous pullback. In the same line, volume extended the erratic activity and rose by almost 53K contracts.

Natural Gas approaches $2.50/MMBtu

Prices of Natural Gas remain on the rise and well supported by the uptrend in both open interest and volume. That said, while extra gains remain well in the pipeline, the next target at $2.50 per MMBtu looms closer.
