ECB's de Guindos: Can always increase PEPP purchase pace

The European Central Bank (ECB) can always increase the pace of the Pandemic Emergency Purchase Programme (PEPP) purchases, ECB Vice President Luis de Guindos said on Wednesday, as reported by Reuters.
