Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov: Ukraine presented a new draft agreement on Wednesday

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Thursday that the Ukrainians had presented Russia with a new draft agreement on Wednesday which is different from the one they proposed in Istanbul, reported Reuters.
